The WPT 2025 season is hosted at premier venues worldwide. The WPT World Championship takes center stage at Wynn Las Vegas from December 13-21, 2025, featuring a $10,400 buy-in and a multi-million dollar guaranteed prize pool. Major WPT 2025 stops include WPT500 Mexico City at Frontón CDMX (May 31, 2025), WPT Choctaw in Durant, Oklahoma, WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown in Hollywood, Florida, and WPT Venice in Italy. The World Poker Tour also expands to new international destinations in Asia and Europe for the 2025 season.

The cost to enter a WPT tournament varies by event tier. The WPT Main Tour focuses on buy-ins ranging from $3,500 to $25,000, with winners of official Main Tour events earning a prestigious membership to the WPT Champions Club — an exclusive group of poker champions with special benefits and recognition. For players seeking more affordable entry points, WPT Prime events start at $1,100, offering the same world-class tournament experience at a lower price point.
